- don’t rinse with water after brushing to not wash away fluoride. keep the order said before. i feel everyone i ask does that wrong!! 🫣
- if you have problems with regular washing like i do, measure and analyse why you keep not doing it, e.g. being too sleepy and not wanting to get more awake → solution: washing hour before sleep or washing your teeth non-negotiably 🙏
